Subsidy and net metering
PM Surya Ghar and PSPCL's net-metering rules are state-wide, so the process in Mohali is the same as anywhere else in Punjab: apply on the portal, install with ALMM-listed panels, get the net meter fitted and inspected, then the subsidy is credited to your bank account.
