How to order from us, delivered anywhere in India
You do not have to be in Punjab to buy from us. Send us what you need on WhatsApp, we confirm the price and the delivery charge to your address, and once you have paid we send it anywhere in India. Delivery is charged to the customer, and we tell you the amount before you pay.

Four steps
- Tell us what you need. Send the product names or models and the quantities on WhatsApp, with your delivery PIN code. A link to the product on our products pages is the quickest way to be exact.
- We confirm the order. We check stock and send you the price of the goods and the delivery charge to your address, so you know the full amount before you pay.
- You pay. Pay the agreed amount by bank transfer or UPI, using the details on our Make a Payment page, and send us a screenshot of the payment.
- We dispatch. The goods go out to your address with our invoice.
Delivery charges
We deliver anywhere in India. The delivery charge is paid by the customer and depends on the weight of the order and how far it is going, which is why we work it out for your PIN code before you pay. Batteries and inverters are heavy, and a set of panels is bulky, so the charge on those can be a real part of the cost; ask for it with the price.

If you are replacing one part of an existing system, send us a photo of the label on the part you have, and of the inverter, so we can check the replacement matches.
When the order arrives
Check the packaging and the items as soon as they arrive, and photograph any damage before unpacking further. Send the photos to us on WhatsApp straight away.
Keep our invoice with the manufacturer’s warranty card. The warranty on UTL products is UTL’s own, and the terms for each product are on its product page and in the box.
Installation
Our own team installs in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kharar, Zirakpur and the towns around them; see solar in Punjab for where we work. Outside that area, we supply the products and your local electrician or installer fits them. An on-grid system claiming the PM Surya Ghar subsidy has to be installed by a vendor registered on the national portal, so buy through a local registered vendor if you want the subsidy.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, tell us as soon as you can. How advance payments and refunds are handled is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

Do you deliver solar products outside Punjab?

How do I pay for an order?
By bank transfer or UPI to RSK Solar Energy's account, only after we have confirmed the order and the amount with you. The account details are on our Make a Payment page. Send us a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp so we can match it to your order.
Do you install outside the Mohali area?
Our own team installs in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and the surrounding towns. Elsewhere in India we supply the products, and a local electrician or installer fits them.
