Two ways we work
RSK runs two sides of the same UTL Solar business.
B2C — direct to customers
We size, sell and install complete rooftop systems for individual homes, businesses and housing societies. We handle the net-metering and PM Surya Ghar paperwork, and carry out empanelment for customers across Punjab, not only in the Tricity.
B2B — supply to dealers
We supply UTL panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers and complete kits at wholesale pricing to other businesses, who install and sell under their own name. This is the program on this page.

What a UTL dealership gives you
- The full UTL range, at dealer pricing. Solar panels, on-grid, hybrid and off-grid inverters and PCUs, batteries, charge controllers and complete system kits — lower than the price we quote a retail customer.
- An established distributor behind you. RSK has supplied and installed UTL products from Phase 8-B, Mohali since 2022, so stock, specifications and warranty support come from a distributor who already deals directly with UTL.
- Technical backup. If a customer’s query is beyond what you stock day to day, ask us — matching a panel, inverter and battery correctly is where installations go wrong.

Questions we are asked
What is the difference between your B2B and B2C business?
B2C is RSK selling and installing complete rooftop systems directly to homeowners, businesses and housing societies, mainly across Mohali, Kharar, Zirakpur, Derabassi, Chandigarh and Panchkula, plus empanelment and paperwork support for customers elsewhere in Punjab. B2B is RSK supplying UTL panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers and complete kits at wholesale, dealer pricing to other businesses — electricians, installers, hardware shops and solar companies — who then sell to their own customers under their own name.
Who can apply to become a dealer?
Electricians, solar installers, electrical and hardware shops, and businesses already selling related products who want to add UTL Solar to their range. Tell us your business type, city and how long you have been trading, and we take it from there.
Is dealer pricing lower than your retail price?
Yes. Dealer pricing is wholesale, below the price we quote a homeowner buying one system. The exact margin depends on the product range and order volume, which we discuss once we know your business.
Do I need a GST number?
It helps, since dealer supply is a business-to-business arrangement, but tell us your situation and we will advise. Send your GST number if you have one when you apply.
Can I see the full UTL range before applying?
Yes — the complete catalogue is public, with full specifications on every product. Browse it and tell us which categories you want to stock.
Do you supply outside Mohali and the Tricity?
Yes. Dealer supply is not limited to our installation area — we supply UTL products to dealers across Punjab. Local delivery and support are easiest near Mohali; further out, we agree logistics when you apply.
