They are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute a binding quotation, offer, or financial or legal advice. Actual prices, subsidy amounts, generation and savings depend on your specific site, connection, equipment availability, and rules in force at the time of purchase, and can change without notice. A firm price and specification are confirmed only in a written quotation issued directly to you.

2. Government schemes and third-party rules

References to PM Surya Ghar, net metering, PSPCL tariffs, PM-KUSUM and similar government or utility schemes describe our understanding of publicly available rules at the time of writing. These schemes are administered by MNRE, PSPCL, PEDA and other bodies outside our control, and their rules, rates, subsidy amounts and processing times can change. We update this website when we become aware of changes, but we do not guarantee that every page reflects the latest rule at every moment, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a scheme change, delay, rejection or discontinuation that is outside our control. Please confirm current scheme terms with the relevant government body or with us directly before making a purchase decision based on them.

7. Quotations, orders and payment

Any quotation we issue is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to site survey, equipment availability and confirmation of your connection details. An order is confirmed only once both parties agree on price, specification and payment terms in writing (including over WhatsApp or email). 8. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from a purchase from RSK Solar Energy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali (S.A.S. Nagar), Punjab.
